Pixies usually like to play pranks on people, but if you end up intruding into their domain without permission or explanation, you perhaps end up like this unwilling participant. Many of their pranks do involve bodily harm, so is this really that different? This particular pixie is defending her home, in any case. Whether it was necessary though..
