Acwaesil can change her size more or less at will, but she doesn't go below 2.5 meters, and it's pretty rare for her to be more than 200 meters tall. Definitely not unheard of, though.
You seem to have caught a view of the goddess while she's out for a walk. Despite the distance and your comparatively diminutive size, she seems to notice you, and strikes a pose for you.
