Alright, I've long been remiss in writing anything regarding religion and vorarephilia. Thanks to Caniption for reminding me to do this.


First, some context: I'm a Christian. I believe Christ died for the sins of everybody, to reunite us with God.

That leaves me (and, doubtless, some of you) in a precarious position, because there are pretty unclear rules with (presumably) very dire consequences. There is nothing that specifically refers to pornography in the Bible, the source document of my faith. There are a couple passages that are very important and form the basis for a lot of shared morality among Christians though.

Another combat tour and I'm still alive, by the grace of God.

I'm on my way home, so I thank you for your prayers and well-wishing. It may sound like superstition, but I believe that prayer is a larte part of the reason I am still alive today. By all rights, I should have died long ago. But life has been kind to me, certainly not because of my own merits; as there are greater men than me who have paid the ultimate price.

But as a result of my travelling, it's not easy for me to draw. I don't have a desk to sit at or a private space to work. So it'll be a little time before I finish off Daphne's Dick Dance, unfortunately. Hopefully not too long, but you'll get some doodles in the meanwhile. It's been a while since I've been brave/inspired enough to blab at everyone about stuff. Understand that I'm not a pastor, I'm not school-trained, I have no special monopoly or insight other than my individual life-experiences. So take whatever I say with a grain of salt. Prayer is weird. Let's talk about it.

If you're comin' from the atheist background, it makes no sense to appeal to some non-existent deity. No duh, right? But if you're a Christian, then it still raises some significant concerns. Let's operate under the premise that God is omnipotent and omniscient. So! If God "already" knows everything, INCLUDING my prayer, then why do I still have to pray it? Should I not pray?...

Ho man, I wish talking about that great T.V. show.

But nope, officially done with that relationship. Pretty sure she just got cold feet when I got home and isn't really ready for a relationship. But who can say for sure? All i know is that I'm back for now. Thanks for all your kind advice and supportive comments and stuff. Please don't worry about me, I'll be swimming in the dating sea again before long. In the meantime, enjoy some stupid arts from me. : p

Thanks to you all for being so understanding of my decision.

Unfortunately for me, I may have been a little premature with what I thought was a relationship that was working out well. I've managed to make a mess of things, as I am known to do. So as of right now I'm kind of in limbo. All bets are off, so I figure one of the most therapeutic activities for me is producing vore stuff again.
That coupled with me getting out of Afghanistan alive and trying to return to some semblance of normalcy before getting back into the USA... this seems like the logical course of action. So I'll be hanging out at least a little longer. If there's something you'd like to see me work on, let me know here. Otherwise I'll probably just be working on an interactive story called "A...

Well, I'm taking my streak of never finishing things to a new level: I'm leaving the Furry Community.

It has nothing to do with the community itself, I've just fallen in love with a girl who isn't a furry. She's worth it, and that is enough.

So I'll miss you guys, but it'll at least give me an excuse to start working on the non-adult ideas I've had since forever. : P So thanks for the good times and the friendship and well-wishing, it's been fun. And who's to say? Maybe things won't work out after all (since I'm far from a perfect guy) and she'll dump me and I'll come crawling back? But I wish nothing but the best for you all.
