Hey everyone!

Just a small announcement to let you all know that, starting today, we will be closing our commissions queue.
We took that decision since the current waiting time for any new commission taken from us is slowly exceeding 6 weeks in average. As we believe that not waiting way too long is important for a good customer experience, we decided to close our queue until we are able to shrink it down to a more optimal size.

In the mean time, we remain available over DMs and on Discord.

Just letting you all know that there will be a little update in our prices coming soon.
Most of our price won't change, don't worry, but we will make something a bit more clear and fair for everyone, both our customers and ourselves~

REFERENCE SHEETS PRICES
Before the price update, the calculation for the poses was a complicated conundrum based on how many symmetrical pose you would take in total, and it was hard to estimate for our customers.

From now, the prices will be much easier to understand:
- For a full body view, a symetrical pose will cost 21 EUR (about 23 USD) and a non-symetrical pose will cost 27 EUR (about 29.50 USD)

Just a little minor update, but we will be slightly modifying our gallery on Eka's Portal in the next days.

The two changes will be:

• Replacing the simple "(page 1)" labels in title of the multi-page arts to more comprehensible "(1/X)" (X being the total number of pages)
  
• Following the suggestions of some users, adding a folder specifically for our regular customers/commissioners. We found the idea funny, and we think it can be useful for regulars to check where all their arts are~
  

Regarding that last change, everyone who took at least 3 comms from us can have their own folders in this new section. We will either ask you directly, or if you want...

'Tis the season of cold but also of warm blanket and hot chocolate, and like every month will be doing an Art slave commission stream~!

We don't advertise them frequently on this website, mostly because the users on our Discord server have priority and usually all slots are claimed within a day. And so, like every month, we initially opened 3-4 hours slots... and as usual, all slots have been claimed in less than a day!

But since it's December, we decided that we would extend the number of slots, and open a total of 4 new hours that can be booked for the incoming Art slave stream! And this time, we open all these fresh new slots simultaneously everywhere, not just on our server.

It's almost December time! We will definitively avoid playing some Mariah Carey tune just to save your ears, but we still got a bunch of announcements up our sleeves~

First of all, just a reminder that we will be open for commission through december, at least until Christmas. We may then take a little break to celebrate with our families, but that hasn't been decided yet~

Second point, quite major: If you are planning to get a commission from us BEFORE Christmas, please order it THIS WEEK if you don't want extra express costs.

If you wish to contact us here, on Eka's Portal, using PM (Private Message), you need to make sure we are able to reply back to you.
When you make it impossible for other users to DM you, this also includes replies. Because of this feature, we can see your message, but we cannot reply to it.

We are sorry for everyone who contacted us in PM and never got a reply from us because of this feature, but this is really something we cannot do anything about on our side.

The current waiting time is 3-4 weeks.
But if you are impatient or need an art soon for any reason, please keep in mind that we can do express commissions, in a time as short as 24 hours if needed. Extra fees might apply
