Really good work here! Though I'd argue that including "Object Vore" would be a good one to add! Though considering that could either be the pred swallowing an object or an object swallowing the prey, it might be dificult to write about. Definetly should be included from how common BOTH cases are tho!

I mean, sure the inital parts of it was pretty kewl with all the cosplay dragons having grand battles and such. Our heroine and her friends fighting evil terrorists who use the cosplay dragons as weapons of terror.

But then it took really weird turns which I just find plain weird. Also Kaziki was mean to me! Just because I had been drenched in very smelly liquid she didn't have to tell me to take a seat on the other side of the buss. The other girls just gave me sympathetic looks that also gave me the impression they agreed. And I have no idea why! xD

I enjoyed a gameplay based story every now and again, hell, one of the first fiction pieces I wrote was based on incidence in morrowind involving potions of levitation and god damn cliff racers, so kudos to you for the story.

I know my first encounter with Namira in Skyrim was... interesting, and totally detailed my character. I was playing blind as a goodie good hero, and along comes someone from the cult who starts talking about my hunger... like she was talking directly to me... not my character. I’ll admit it gave me quite a scare to be “scene through to my core.” Like, what sort of writer would introduce the topic of cannibalisim by assuming that was some dark secret about the protagonist? It had to be a message left in the game FOR ME! They knew, better to own up to it than fight it, and see where this wild ride would take me.

So one thing lead to another, and my heroic character took a perfidious turn... causing me to recon my headcanon for who my character was and where they came from. I tried to resist, but I knew there were some instincts too deep to fight against. Love it or hate it, I couldn’t deny my true past... my hunger.

I get what you mean and the intention behind it, but how many people must be advised into exile

I just personally stay away from most solo media outlets and just ignore comments made since trolls feed off of attention they are getting. Even if your friend got rid of all the weight the trolls would still go after him. I would suggest that he should stay away from the media outlets, just ignore them all. The people who troll like this live pathetic lives and want to make people more miserable then they are. I know not everyone can just ignore things that trolls say and do but he needs to try.

Looks like we have the first big "boss" fight here and this seems to be something of an interesting set up. Merging with a simple bird may have been a bad idea but it has given this version of the SA-X some extra speed and somewhat of a brain now, abeit simple since it was just a parrot.They're not exactly know to be good at fighting. I think she(?) could win this, hey anything could happen, but its not going to be easy. Since she absorbed the parrot more mentally then with the body, how about seeing if the voice copying part is there? as in that the X can, somewhat crudely copy the voices of others. Worth a try in order to see if she can copy the voice she heard on the loudspeaker to get the space pirate to stand-down and be eaten? its a crazy idea but since the space pirate is said to be a bit stupid here, it could work if the X can sound similar enough.

As for the mass I did notice and with the colour, I would like to see what you come up with for this, I think this story has alot going for it and the base idea behind it is very interesting as well, especially if Samus were to find out about the lab somehow and our little SA-X had to fight her as a finale of sorts. Anyway that's getting way ahead, just keep writing as you see fit and I'll voice any ideas I have as I read each part. Keep up the great work :)

And yeah! I have plenty fun working with our little X due to the fact that she barely has any
brainpower to utilize, making most choices more instinct-based than anything else...
Also, whilst first prey had mass to spare to store away, the bird does not. Notice that when
she stored the mass on her legs and arms that the physical changes focused there as well? In the case of the bird
there's just the colour to shift around, so I'm treating them the same way even if the results are but similar.

No no I understand wanting to keep the choices there for consideration, that and it makes sense that some physical changes should be added. My mindset with this is to increase her mental and processing power first and formost, as to make understanding later additions is made easier as a result, plus the X in. metroid fusion act on instinct, so adding brain power and intellect such a species just seems like a good idea. I will support physical changes as they would be useful/the better choice or when it's later on in the story, but for right now, pushing our little X's IQ up just seems the best choice in my opinion. As for the power suit, just because the actual thing isn't there anymore doesn't mean the idea couldn't be worked in.

Yeah, sadly, that's the world we've built for ourselves as humans. Hopefully soon we'll start realizing it doesn't have to be this way and building something better. I can see the signs of it beginning, but we'll see where it goes. I know what you mean, though... I get overwhelmed easily by stuff that seems trivial or meaningless, which means I don't deal well with a lot of business stuff. My instinct is to cut the Gordian knot every time and just forge ahead through the mud, but unfortunately the world doesn't work that way. :p I will keep that in mind. :) Thank you. Believe it or not, I can relate. Maybe more than you expect.
I've never had much money or safe jobs. If anything, the low-pay 75%-time job I got right now is the best I've ever had and it is what has allowed me to upgrade both my living, diet and even tools for just getting by. Sometimes even fun stuff, but I've turned too smart with what little money I have to honestly WANT most games... aand yeah.. I am also rubbish with keeping track of things. Items, names, memories... it runs out of my hands when I least expect it too, making me live in an ocean of post-it notes to try and keep track of every-day activities. When my phone broke a few months ago, the Insurance on it didn't cover since it was specifically to replace my old model with an identical one... but in the 6 months since I bought it, the model had been canceled and taken from the stores. I pushed the salesman until he finally caved in and showed me a half-decent but also very cheap model, all whilst muttering angrily that it didn't even have a good selfie-camera and other life-saving Equipment...
I paid roughly 110 USD for a Huawei smartphone. It is a cheap unit, but does everything a more costy phone does... only a bit slower and with less battery life and quality. But it still allows me to play games, watch videos and listen to Music inbetween my weekly 3 calls. I know how expensive phones are, even cheap ones, but if you push the store workers hard enough they will show you the "discount corner of shame", from which their 5% of all sales gives them nothing and is why they don't WANT you to know about it. For at the end of the day, a SMALL sale is better than none. Barter and bite! >=D

Two major reasons - being extremely poor and my mental illnesses make it difficult for me to keep track of relatively small objects. It's no big deal if I lose a pencil or even a stylus, but losing a cell phone... gah. Plus my credit is... well, it's not bad, it's worse than that, it's basically nonexistent. Companies understand bad credit and how to work with it, but having literally NO credit weirds them out and causes major, major problems with any kind of financing. I actually got my first credit card last year specifically to start developing a credit rating because life was becoming really impossible without having one. Plus, TBH, yeah, I've never really felt like I NEEDED to have one, and while I did sort of envy the more fun aspects, I had a desktop computer, so I've just never been able to justify the expense to myself given the fear of losing it afterward. But the world has changed over the last ten years and I'm starting to feel about the phones the way I now do about credit cards... scary, but still a necessity to survive in the modern world. So I may have to get one soon if I can possibly manage to afford it. But for now, that's why I don't have one already.

The Sulyvahn's Beasts enemies(Berserk Bitches) are apparently part of a group(section?) of Soulsborne enemies based off of Berserk's Beast of Darkness. It also seems to slightly be based off of the Gaping Dragon Boss from the first Dark Souls.

I'm actually pretty certain that the horrible giant hand things actually do have an attack that swallows you whole. If one of their grab moves kills you in it, a special animation plays showing it eating you. (google dark souls 3 'all grabs' to find it easily)

Doesn't help that Papyrus acted as a saviour to the temmies once they got to
the surface and were unable to do anything or live anywhere until he saved them.
He basically adopted all tems and ended up hitched to the smartest one, Temmie!
I'll dig more into it in the real story =P

The slime was really well done, there are very few writers that I enjoy that would be able to match the very vivid portrayal that you given your gooey slime fiend.

This was a follow-up I never planned to make, but I DO want to bring it all to some kind of
conclusion in the future. And I agree on that a drama has a limited life-span on its own.
And I am glad you still enjoyed it! I love characters like Rosalina and Bowser, since they
really don't got official backstories, only hints that guys like me can play with <3

I'm all for a good drama too, but eventually a drama has to be resolved for me to feel good about it. You've established a wonderful thing with this, and even went deeper on the Galaxy story that most don't bother with with Rosalina's story.


All the pieces are there for most everyone to wind up happy here darnit. :p


At any case, I really enjoyed this one as much as the last. Love looking at things in new ways. And hell, we've had Miyamoto admit that one of the games itself was a play anyway, so I can look at this idea as canon. :D

Regarding Clams as predators...
There's a comic where Red Sonja is thrown into a giant clam by an ape-like character, it then closes its shell on her. Lupin III Y ch. 63: Fujiko is placed (naked) into a giant clam, although this is to turn her into a pearl statute. There's also an episode of the 60's tv series Batman, where a giant (and very fake looking) clam menaces Batman, the Boy Wonder, and a Marilyn Monroe-esk character. Boy Wonder is taken into the clam, but is rescued.

Clams are one I wish I saw more often/more creatively (the octopus/polyps/giant clam scene in the old Little Mermaid movie was one of the first vore scenes I latched onto as a kid). The flip side is cool too--starfish eat clams by putting there stomach into a hole in the shell, filling the shell with digestive juices, and sucking out the digested clam.
