In a small town on the edge of the kingdom, the streets sit silent, the houses empty... except a single elf working the inn, waiting for any traveler that might come her way...
I'm not dead! Uh... short story short, I rearranged my house, made my gaming area a lot more comfortable and convenient... and I may have been pulling a few too many late nights playing games. ^^' That made it a little hard to focus on writing... but anyways, while I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule (again) I jotted down some random idea that came to my mind. Initially inspired by (spoilers?) this comic here by DegenerateException and it just kinda... wandered off the rails from there.
As always, like and sub... wait, no, I'm not a youtuber. Anyways, feel free to leave a comment and/or point out mistakes! I read them all!

What a polite, devoted predator. One might disagree with her priorities, but she considered the risks and decided that, for as long as it lasts, she's in for a fun ride.

A possible typo here: "It didn’t exactly taste the best, but the addle-brained adventurer certainly didn’t seem to mind was in no shape to care about that."

Thank you, I fixed it! I guess I... rewrote the line, but forgot to delete what was already there? Oops.

Hahaha, I get that. It happens to me as well.

I mean, I feel like it's somewhere between considering the risks and rationalizing the addiction. Which I guess is a fuzzy line for many culty characters; whether they're there for the benefits they get or the rush that comes with...

At least she seems to have little delusion about her patron. She knows the entity she's working for is dangerous, that she's helping it break out and that once it does it may very well feel no gratitude and just eat her on the spot.
Two of the people I RP with have vorish warlocks, and they usually err more on the side of genuine belief and loyalty to their patron, rather than a more transactional "Hey, this entity is using me, but whatever, I'm using them as well" mindset. Of course, as time goes on, Myrian may very well go "Glory to *entity name*, the whole world shall be devoured!" depending on things like addiction and her patron's sway.

I started writing a more devoted/mad character, then realized I've never done a proper culty-cultist and thought it might come out silly or over-the-top if I did, so I kinda settled back into a more neutral character... plus it seemed like it made better sense for her being able to play at being a normal npc that way.
Sadly all my fantasy roleplaying experience is more game-focused than RP-focused so I didn't have that to fall back on :/

I am glad that you got to finishing this story. I hope my advice was helpful, but I doubt it. Since this story has anal vore, it isn't for me, but I am happy that you got back on track writing.

Hey! I told you, I appreciate feedback! Plus, given the tired state I wrote half this story in, pretty sure you made me give more thought to the backstory and setting than I had in the whole writing process to that point...
It wasn't originally gonna be AV, but I got right up to the vore scene and suddenly thought, "Hey, you know what I haven't written in a while?"

If you want feedback on more of your vore writing projects, I am happy to try to help.

Not often I see a comment seconds after it appears
I mean, if you want to see or hear about my WIPs, I'm always down for that! Though, since there were a few people interested I might start thinking about that CYA thing I proposed recently... but in the meantime, there's always some story I'm working on :>

Basically, what I mean is that I would like to read your WIPs, or ideas for WIPs, and give my thoughts about them.

poor tira

Hazard of the trade, sadly :D
Though most adventurers probably hope for a more heroic end than getting gulped by a random barmaid-cultist in a nameless village

Thank you!
Nice to have my AV work approved of by an expert ;)
