Noticed that while there were references for same-size bellies and types of same-size bellies, there weren't really any dedicated tutorials for HOW to draw them or what to consider, so I drew up a large page of how I tend to do them and why/when I use certain versions of them. This is not comprehensive by any means, nor is it describing the "right" way to do same-size vore bellies. It's just a guide based on my own understanding and methods. I just hope people can use it and learn from it, developing their own methods or incorporating elements they may not have thought of before into what they've already developed.
Every character in here is my own OC, 'cuz I didn't want to get into ownership muck if this gets shared around.
Also I may do a swallowing tutorial at some point, though I feel a bit less qualified on that and think you should probably look to cownugget for swallowing references. Guy does everything I want to do but better on that front.
Oh, and sorry about the lack of male preds. Considered doing some, but didn't find a great place for 'em. However, the principles generally apply the same: Thickness of muscles/fat = prey movement hampering ability.

See this is the kind of thinking I go through as well. I just don't draw enough to let it shine through.
This is great information to know and I appreciate getting these insights. Some things in here I didn't consider myself I'll have to think more on.
Thanks for sharing this :>

Awesome. Glad to see I'm on the right track, and nice to hear there's some things you didn't consider yourself! I'm sure we all do different things since this is a fantasy situation that requires a lot of bending of anatomical rules to make work. :)

A lot of bending. Stretching too!
Honestly it's just nice to see the thought process in general. I can appreciate the internal logic behind a good tum as much as the tum itself.
Let it be known your stretches are fantastic.

Damn, I've only ever really taken the shape approach of that first "stretching" example, never really stopped to think about the finer details of the other shapes (which is probably why tighter bulges always give me so much shit)...
Out of curiosity, how differently do you handle stretching with "pudgier" preds like Audrey? Guessing any shapes pushing out from inside are just softer or less pronounced, since they're behind all those layers of fat?

Glad I could provide another perspective! :D
And yeah, that's basically it: There's a lot more layering to push through, so it's like the difference between pushing your hand up against a sheet versus pushing it against a sheet + comforter combo. And of course, that's not even a fully apt comparison 'cuz muscle and fat are much thicker and more solid than fabric.

This is a absolutely fantastic guide and really appreciated! Would you be willing to do a tutorial on drawing maws with prey in it? So like a swallowing tutorial but for showing some of the different ways a same size prey or smaller prey can fit into a maw and be swallowed down. I feel like i’ve pulled alot of references before but a comprehensive guide would be helpful especially since you do it so well.

I apparently missed this comment when you posted it. Apologies!
I was definitely considering doing a swallowing tutorial at some point. Not sure specifically when I'll get around to it, but it could be quite helpful, and swallowing's my favorite part of vore anyway!

That's actually why I drew it up! Didn't see any, so figured I'd fill that need a bit.
