I think that's the implication? Alex's gut is full because of the mobs from the spawner, and she drinks the oozing potion 'on a full stomach' like the description says, which means as the mobs die to stomach acid the slimes appear

If you drink water, the effect dissipates faster.
But since there are a lot of slimes... I think you have to drink a lot ':^

Saying this. If you think about it, Ingame Alex is actually a top tier pred. All she needs to do is shake you around a little, and boom, teleported to her gut. Insta digested, no weight gain. Just points on her hunger bar, no doubt soon to be wasted away by constant sprint-jumping.
