"This was another close one!" cried the commentator into his microphone and to the colleague besides him.
"That is right Bob, if Jonas does not curl up a little tighter in there Balios will knock down a barrier with his gut sooner or later and then the Jockey won't end his career with a medal."

After a less than soft landing, one accompanied with substantial drooping and swaying of his overstuffed belly, the stallion rounded another turn and proceeded to speed up for his next jump.
"Not that Balios would mind though, Jonas is his third Jockey in four years after all."
"Some stallions like a varied diet it seems" joked the men as the horse leapt over the next obstacle with ease. Either his Jockey got his act together or the seasoned horse clenched his stomach a lot tighter around its contents.
"Now this was a lot better. Balios could have gone for dessert and still have cleared this one. On to the last jump. Will it be enough for bronze?"
"That depends on how well Jonas sticks his landing once Balios releases him."
