A spacefaring species of semi aquatic humanoids. The Dydacs have recently discovered FTL (faster than light) travel, and instead of seeking to colonize the stars they're looking for companionship. According to the human ambassador (Joe) sent to speak with the Dydacs upon first contact, space is filled to the brim with life... but none of it is intelligent. They've explored approximately half the galaxy and they've found 0 civilizations until now.

The surface of the Dydac home world is 95% water that is densely vegetated. Most plants and animals on their planet have some form of bioluminescence

They can withstand crushing pressures like that of the Mariana trench and reach speeds of 45 mph while swimming. They have no specified gender but one could argue the entire species is female. They acquire new genetic material from other species, which they then use in the creation of their offspring. They've found that human DNA is astoundingly compatible and leads to the fewest possible harmful mutations while still allowing enough genetic variance to avoid the problems that would come from a small genepool.

A couple reasons why they seem absolutely smitten with humanity is because of our body heat, which they enjoy partaking in, and the way we taste, which is important for how they reproduce. Dydacs swallow their partners whole, and initially they'll be dumped into the alien's stomach, however Dydacs demonstrate an oddly good control over their internal organs and use this to maneuver their partner into an organ known as a "vyre". Vyres are essentially internal breeding chambers where they extract genetic material from their partners, a vyre is mostly made up of strong yet flexible muscles that can inflate with blood to become very squishy and smothering to whoever is inside. As the human ambassador Joe put it, "Gawd dayum."

I have loads of fun making up aliens because you can go anywhere with it. Had this sketched up like a year ago and just never did anything with it but I got a comment about someone wanting femboys with extra limbs so here we are. 4 arms, 3 tongues and a tail

i made this OC just because someone was like "Would be really cool if you could draw femboys with multiple limbs" and i was like "hold, wtf, what do you mean multiple limbs?"

also im setting yall up for what im about to post next
