didnt even get a name, just called the "HIA Examiner"/"HIA Examinator". there was a line somewhere in what i assume is the tutorial saying "The HIA Examiner fiddles with the measuring instrument in his hands with a solemn look on his face", and it's probably a translation error since from what i have heard, they're called "she/her" in most other cases
