seeing the pics side by side i can see the similarities in pose but i dont think thats enough of a reason to get upset?
obviously fully tracing a pic is kinda weird so dont do that but if you are just taking insp from a pic's pose to make one yourself i think that should be fine lol

Referencing to an extent is normal. *This* particular referencing may be too close for comfort, but you're still inexperienced, just like everyone is at some point. I'm sure that you'll get better enough not to need this kind of crutch later.
