Nilawes is quite large, so to have acquired a belly that size she must've either swallowed a fellow dragon or a group of smaller creatures. Whichever you prefer (albeit in the linked story it's the former).

Oh yeah, it means you can imagine whether the prey got to the stomach through oral or anal vore, or if it's unbirth if you prefer.
