To be frank, I think this would look better with all the texture in the background. It just looks kind of smeared and blotchy, and gets in the way of your art.

Got it. Next time I mess around with textured backgrounds, I'll use darker linework. For now, I've just made the background more transparent.

I happen to agree with SomeGuy. Your artwork is simply amazing; however, the background seems to detract from it, even making some of the finer lines seem to disappear.
