"A paladin is sent to investigate why a far flung town is sacrificing children to stop some unseen monster."
This is a piece of short fiction that though non-vore, I wanted to share. It originally was for a small contest, and had a wickedly low word ceiling of 2k words, but I am considering writing "the rest of the story" that came about while I struggled to keep this one under that ceiling.

Yeah, in the "rest of the story" those tie-ins will be vastly more "obvious" *chuckles*

Thank you, and yes, this was my first serious attempt with editing. It is only about 2, 3 (1-5) skill level, but, still vast improvement over five, six years ago <3

Glad to see you sharing this here, it's quite well done. If you do write the "rest of the story," I'd be glad to give it the copyediting pass we didn't have time for with the contest deadline.

Thank you, and considering the writer's block "The Home" is currently getting due to... Well I found a plot hole I have not found an answer to yet, I may just do "rest of the story" sooner than later, lol >_>
