I have the second part of the commission for number12321 completed to satisfaction.
In this picture we see Matriarch Benezia from Mass Effect one showing off the finished remains of Shepherd... squeezing from her bowels just as he deserves.
Usually these pics would be delayed by 2 weeks for patreon, however there are 2 bonus pics that will be patreon exclusive, so I figured I'd give you guys something for free to keep you happy :)

Yes from Mass Effect 1, Matriarch Benezia is the mother of Liara if I recall.
