Look, I swear I don't mean to keep making second stories for these prompts, but I keep getting inspired in the middle of writing the main ones. In this case, it's also derpsquid42's fault for showing me the cute snake costume Zelda that I ended up wanting to make pred.
I couldn't help but imagine a cute belly bulge in the front of the costume from her eating someone. I decided to break my own rule of not doing any characters from outside franchises for these Linktober stories just this once, because while I could have written a Zelink story with them roleplaying using the costume, I had the idea for her being a cute optional boss that shows up in Super Mario RPG to play with the heroes, so that's what I went with. It was a lot of fun to write, so I hope you enjoy.

Ooh man that came out super adorable. That super casual fight was great, along with Mario showing off his transformation skills to show where Link was. Mallow's complete obliviousness to the whole situation was super on point too. And the Peach/Mario tummy time in the tummy was really cute.

I went full tilt on the cuteness with this idea. I just really wanted to make something fun and no-stakes with these characters. I figured Peach would be the most casual about it, knowing Zelda personally, but Mario is down to play while also going all in by pretending to take the fight seriously. I guess that sort of stems from his willingness to use transformational skills to communicate, which I wanted to straight up use at least once. Also, it's funny when some of the characters are in the know and cool with it, but others, like Mallow, are not, so he was sort of the comedy relief. And I love some good Peach/Mario cuteness just like I love Zelink fluff (and sometimes less wholesome stuff), so I had to go for it.
