I know many of you have been anticipating the next installment of the Culinary Arts series, but I must confess that, although I've been working on that as well, I've also been quietly working on a separate standalone story. It's almost ready to share with you, and it's the longest piece I've written yet — the first piece in my gallery to reach novella length.
This story involves a girl who gets selected by lottery to serve as a spit-roasted entree at a high-end restaurant, with her younger sister offering emotional support during her preparation.
