"Okay," Mitsuki said, then stepped forward and hugged Reina's legs, "I love you, Mommy."
 
"I...I love you, too, Mom," Reina said, "Go play. Yusuke and I will be downstairs soon."
 
"Mom and Dad will be done talking soon, Mitsuki," Yusuke chimed in. Reina glared back at him as Mitsuki left. She shut the door, wiped the semen on her fingers off with her tongue, and said, "You're doing it again, Yusuke. it's bad enough that Mom thinks I'm *her* Mom. *She* at least has an excuse since we're related, but don't you get her to start calling you Daddy!"
 
"Well in three days, that's pretty much what I *will* be," Yusuke said.
 
"Smartass," Reina said, taking the sheets off. She walked over and said, "Now take those pants off again; I'm hungry for your cock," she licked her lips.
 
Sure enough, after three days, Mitsuki had regressed another year, into a four year old body. Yusuke and Reina waited in the house that day, anticipating a guest. Mitsuki was playing with a coloring book again; this time, she was coloring a cartoon dinosaur green and yellow with blue toes in front of a pink sky and purple palm trees on orange dirt.
 
"Well...this is it, Reina..." Yusuke said, taking her hand in his.
 
"Yeah," she said. They were both intently looking out the window.
 
At that moment, a car pulled up. Yusuke and Reina nodded to each other, and she stood up. "Mama, come on."
 
"Huh? Why, Mommy?" Mitsuki said, looking up from her next picture, of a cardinal that had inexplicably become blue.
 
"I just want you to stay upstairs for a little bit. I put all sorts of fun stuff in your room. There's my old dollhouse, some stuffed animals, more coloring books, and a bunch of dolls," Reina said. Mitsuki squealed with delight as Reina picked her up and carried her upstairs. No sooner did she get to the top of the stairs than did the doorbell ring. Yusuke got up and answered it as Reina put Mitsuki in her room and watched her child-sized mother run over to grab a teddy bear. Reina shut the door behind her and walked back downstairs. Yusuke was already shaking the hand of the man at the door.
 
"It's a pleasure to meet you," Yusuke said. The man looked over Yusuke's shoulder at Reina.
 
Reina lied, "Sorry, we're babysitting the neighbor's daughter today. I wish we could come down to city hall to do this, but we just couldn't avoid this." She reached the bottom of the stairs, her boobs jiggling a little bit, and she immediately said, "Yes, I know how busty I am, and my eyes are up here."
 
"Right," the man said, "Let's get down to business. I need to get back to city hall soon, so let's make this quick, shall we? You don't mind?"
 
"Not at all," Yusuke said.
 
"Nope," said Reina. They sat down at the nearest table. The man opened his briefcase and took out some documents and a clipboard. He handed them to Yusuke and Reina, who quickly filled out the papers and handed them back. They clasped hands again; they were nervous.
 
The man read over the papers, "Everything seems in order. Miss Toyohara, do you?"
 
"Yes."
 
"Mister Mizuhara, do you?"
 
"I do."
 
"Very well. By the power vested in me by Fukuoka Prefecture, I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Yusuke Mizuhara," the man said.
 
"Thank you," Reina said.
 
"Thanks," said Yusuke. Then, he turned to his new wife and kissed her on the lips.
 
"I'll just see myself out," the man said and left as they continued kissing.
 
After a long while, Yusuke and Reina finally stopped kissing, and just smiled at each other.
 
"Well, we'd better go an tell Mitsuki about her new son-in-law," Yusuke said.
 
"Don't you mean stepfather?" Reina teased. Yusuke gave her a blank look; it wasn't as amusing when she used it against him.
 
The two walked upstairs, hand in hand, and into Mitsuki's bedroom. Mitsuki was busy playing with some of the dolls, making them talk to each other.
 
"Mama? Could you stop playing for a minute? We have *really* exciting news," Reina said.
 
Mitsuki looked over and asked, "What is it, Mommy?" Her face suddenly lit up, "Am I gonna get a new baby brother or sister?!"
 
Yusuke and Reina were a bit taken aback by that. "Wh-what? No!" Reina said. "Mama, say hello to your son-in-law."
 
Mitsuki stood up and walked over, looking at Yusuke. He towered over her, intimidating and comforting at the same time. It took a minute, but she finally smiled and hugged Yusuke's legs the same way she had Reina's and said, to Reina's surprise and shock, "Daddy!"
 
Yusuke turned to look at Reina as he ruffled Mitsuki's hair and said, "I guess it was unavoidable at this point."
 
Reina sighed again, "Mama, for the last time, *I'm* your daughter. Now that we're married, Yusuke is *your* son, not your father."
 
"Oh, let her think what she wants," Yusuke said.
 
"Yusuke! I'm getting so sick of--"
 
"Mama, don't fight with Daddy," Mitsuki said, looking up at Reina. Seeing her mother's cute toddler face made Reina just give up on any arguments she had left.
 
The very next day, Reina stared at herself in the bathroom mirror. This was the day she had wished wouldn't come. Mitsuki was downstairs, being fed by Yusuke. She was so small now that she had to be put in a high chair and couldn't handle most solid foods anymore; Yusuke was trying to give her some sweet potato mush by the spoonful.
 
She turned on the faucet and splashed some water in her face. Still dripping wet, she said to herself, "Okay, Reina. You can do this. You. Can. Do this. It's for Mama." She dried her face off and said to herself, "I'm ready."
 
Reina walked downstairs. Yusuke was making airplane noises in a bid to get Mitsuki to eat, "Here comes the plane! Comin' in for a landing!" he said. Mitsuki pursed her lips and leaned away. "C'mon, Mitsuki, you've gotta eat *something.*"
 
"Let *me* handle it, Yusuke," Reina said as she approached. Yusuke looked up and she said, "I think I know what Mama wants." She picked Mitsuki up from the high chair and cradled her in her arms. Mitsuki got a bit fussy, so Reina started rocking her back and forth. She walked over to one of the chairs in the living room and set Mitsuki on her lap. She pulled up one side of the turtleneck--one of Mitsuki's own, as Reina's clothes were now too small for her enlarged size--and unhooked her bra. Her giant, plump breast was brought into view, still leaking milk.
 
"Here you go, Mama," Reina said, picking up her mother, now nearly an infant, and bringing her to her ripe nipple. Mitsuki instinctively began to nurse. Reina moaned a bit, then sighed, "Well, Mama, you said you wanted to drink my milk...I guess you got your wish..." and a tear rolled down her face.
 
Yusuke walked over to her and placed his hand on her shoulder, "Reina, don't feel bad. There's nothing we could have done to stop this; the only other choice was that you *didn't* take those hormones, and then Mitsuki would've starved."
 
"Don't make me think of that," Reina said, "I've already lost my mother in one way, I don't want to think of what it would be like if she *died,* too."
 
"Sorry, Reina," Yusuke said. He looked down at Mitsuki who was suckling vigorously. "She sure is hungry," he said.
 
Reina smiled warmly, "I guess there's no way around it, now," she held her mother close, "Drink up, Ma...Mitsuki. My little baby girl."
 
Mitsuki still just barely had some higher cognitive abilities, but was quickly regressing to the portion of a human's life when one's brain was not yet developed enough to remember much. Even so, Mitsuki gave contented sounds and, among them, Reina heard her mother say, "Mmm...Mama..." Reina smiled again at her mother, who had now all but truly become her daughter.
 
The days went by, and Reina could hardly believe that her mother was *still* getting smaller. How young would she get? In the back of her mind, Reina knew *exactly* how young Mitsuki could get, and was prepared to bear her own mother as her child if it came to that. Even so, she couldn't help but wonder.
 
Soon, Mitsuki regressed into true infancy. Reina spent all of her time at home with her mother. A week after she started nursing her, Mitsuki looked like she was one-and-a-half, and had lost all her speech and motor skills. Reina put her mother up in a crib where she would sleep now. At the rate she was regressing, she would be like a newborn in just four days. Soon, it became three, then two, then one. On her last day--coincidentally on Mitsuki's forty-first birthday, exactly one-hundred-and-twenty days after her admission to the hospital following the car crash--Mitsuki began to cry uncontrollably; even Reina's attempt to let her breastfeed couldn't silence her. In just a few hours, though, it was over. Mitsuki, as small as the day she was born, slept contentedly in her daughter's arms.
 
Reina and her husband watched and waiting, worried about what could happen to Mitsuki. They watched over Mitsuki for a month, and she did not change. Reina nursed her infant mother daily, and she didn't grow any younger. However, she didn't grow any older, either.
 
Finally, a month into Mitsuki's forty-first year, as she let her suckle once again, Yusuke said to Reina, "I don't think she's gonna get any younger."
 
"I don't think so, either," Reina said as she looked down at Mitsuki, contentedly sucking down her milk.
 
"I guess whatever happened to her stopped when she hit age zero," Yusuke reasoned.
 
"Then we really *have* lost her," Reina said sadly, "even if she grows up, she'll never be Mama again."
 
Yusuke kissed his wife on the cheek and said, "You're right; that's *you,* now." Reina sighed again; she had long resigned herself to the fact that, indeed, she was Mitsuki's mother now.
 
Reina looked up and around the house, and sighed, "Yusuke, I...I don't want to live here anymore."
 
"What?"
 
"There's too many sad memories. There may be more good than bad, but I don't want to stay here anymore," she said.
 
"Well what do *you* think we should do?"
 
Reina looked at her husband and said, "Well, I *do* still want to attend that university in New York." Yusuke smiled back and kissed her.
 
One their lips left each other, Yusuke said, "Though, I think there's one other thing we need to deal with first?" and he pointed down at Mitsuki.
 
Reina sighed again, "You're right. We might as well make it official."
 
 
 
Two weeks later, Yusuke and Reina sat in first class seats on a plane headed straight for New York City. However, several of the other passengers around them were glaring almost constantly; little Mitsuki Mizuhara was crying. Reina usually stifled her rather quickly, but it was getting stressful for her as well, especially having to change her diapers.
 
Not long before their departure, Yusuke and Reina had approached an adoption agency. They claimed that, as a newlywed young couple, they had been *very* surprised to suddenly find a baby girl on their doorstep. Unable to say no to such a cute child, they had decided to take her as their own, and received what would pass for a birth certificate in their new life in the United States. And not long after *that,* they filed a missing persons report, saying that Reina's mother Mitsuki had disappeared, as if into thin air just before they were scheduled to leave for America. The authorities in Japan would be searching for her for some time, but both of them knew that she would never be found. In honor of her mother, presumed dead, Reina decided to name the orphaned girl she had adopted after her, and Mitsuki Mizuhara was now officially her and Yusuke's daughter.
 
Soon enough, they arrived in New York City. They searched everywhere for the perfect home, settling on a townhouse not unlike the one they had lived in before. They settled into their new home together and became a part of the community after learning English. Years passed, and the Mizuharas became known to everyone around them as the lovely Japanese couple, recently married but already with a child of their own. Mitsuki started to grow older again, and Reina was happy. Over time, her mother would be back to her old self, at least in how she looked. Mentally, she would of course never be the same again.
 
Reina walked into Mitsuki's room, where her mother-daughter rested in her crib. "Mitsuki? It's time for lunch," she said. Her baby yawned as she woke up and looked at her. It was an off-day for Reina, so she was dressed in just a bra and a blue skirt, longer than what she used to wear; even though she was still only nineteen, she now had to maintain her dignity as a mother and homemaker, so she had traded most of her miniskirts for longer ones.
 
Mitsuki struggled to stand up on her still-developing legs, holding onto the top edge of her crib for support. "Mama!" she said; it was the only word she knew, other than 'Dada' when she saw Yusuke.
 
"You're getting bigger now, Mitsuki. I don't know if you can really understand me, but I'll give you a choice," Reina said, holding up a bottle, "we can switch you over to formula now," and then she indicated her chest, "or I can keep nursing you for a while longer."
 
"Mama! Mamama!" Mitsuki said, reaching out to her adoptive mother. Reina didn't know exactly what she was trying to say, so she decided to go for what *she* wanted, after all. She liked the bonding anyway.
 
"Fine, Mitsuki. Have it your way," she said with a smile. Reina reached behind her back and unhooked her bra, which popped off of her JJ-cups and fell to the floor.
 
"Mama! Mama!" Mitsuki babbled. Reina picked her up and walked over to a rocking chair. She sat Mitsuki down in her lap, then brought her up to nurse. Reina hummed a lullaby to her daughter as she cradled her in her arms. Soon, Mitsuki was fast asleep again, but continued suckling. Reina let her nurse until she stopped on her own, then burped her. Mitsuki spit up a little bit on her shoulder. Reina flinched a little bit, feeling that tiny bit of vomit on her bare shoulder, but she didn't mind much otherwise. She set Mitsuki down in her crib, and smiled at her former mother, now her daughter.
 
 
 
Eleven years later, Reina--now about thirty-three years old--hummed a tune as she nudged some food in a pan with her spatula. It was just about 3 o'clock now; Mitsuki would be getting back from school soon, and she knew that she'd want a small meal to tide her over until dinner. She was wearing a knee-length golden yellow dress and a soft pink button shirt with designs of, of all things, scorpions. She had seen the shirt in a store recently and just loved it!
 
She was happy with her life these days, and how Mitsuki had grown up again after turning into a baby fourteen years ago. After she had regained the ability to speak, it became clear that all of her memories as a grown woman and as Yusuke and Reina's lover had disappeared as she became an infant again. Yusuke thought that maybe her memories were erased because her brain regressed as well, back to how it was when she was born, and thus didn't have the capacity to hold her old memories. Even so, over the years Mitsuki had sometimes come to her parents, telling them of dreams that they knew described what she used to be. Just earlier this month, Mitsuki had confided in Reina and Reina alone (even though she told Yusuke later) that she had dreamed of herself as a grown woman lying naked in heart-shaped bed with a man she didn't recognize, though Reina knew that it was of one of her mother's one-night stands before either of them had met Yusuke, in the same love hotel that Mitsuki had taken to her when she had regressed to about Reina's age. As far as Reina knew, though, Mitsuki had had no dreams of herself having sex with her or Yusuke. She was thankful for that. However, Mitsuki *was* now at the age when it was natural for her to start thinking about sex, and had already had several dates with some of her classmates. Unsurprisingly, Mitsuki didn't much care about which gender she went after; Reina had seen her with boys and girls alike, holding hands, sharing straws, and even kissing. Not that it mattered much to Reina; though she had sex with Yusuke exclusively, she had caught herself occasionally ogling women as well.
 
Reina was happy with how her own life had developed since coming to New York, too. Yusuke now had a job at a local university as a mathematics professor, and she herself was a successful prosecutor--an assistant district attorney, even! In the past several months, though, she had been taking a break from law, and for good reason.
 
One of those reasons tugged at her dress just then. Reina looked down and saw two children standing there, each of them no more than four years old. They were Ichirou and Kazuko, her twins. Ichirou had her Tuscan red hair and Yusuke's hazel eyes, while Kazuko had Yusuke's black hair and her's and Mitsuki's eyes. Both of them were dressed in complementary colors of otherwise identical clothes: Ichirou wore a yellowish-orange shirt and blue-green shorts to Kazuko's purplish-blue shirt and red-orange shorts, though Kazuko had the addition of a bead necklace she had made at daycare.
 
Six years ago, out of the blue, Reina had gotten pregnant with what was technically her first true child, a daughter that she and Yusuke named Kotone. It honestly surprised them both that she hadn't gotten pregnant *sooner,* considering that she and Yusuke never used protection. Along with Mitsuki, Kotone would be getting home from school soon, too; it was Mitsuki's job to escort her little sister to and from school as well as get there herself. Reina always worried that something would happen to her children, considering New York's reputation, but as yet nothing had happened, for which she was very grateful. Reina had gotten pregnant again just two years after she had Kotone, and her first son and second daughter were the result. Ichirou and Kazuko were not yet old enough to attend school like their 'big sister'--actually their grandmother.
 
"Mama, I'm hungwy," Ichirou said; the twins still had trouble pronouncing their R's.
 
"Me too," said Kazuko.
 
"Lunch will be ready in a few minutes," Reina said with a smile, the ghost of her Japanese accent in her voice; it had taken a few years, but she almost sounded like she hadn't grown up in Japan now. At that moment, she suddenly let out a short gasp. She purred a bit and said, "Kids, put your hands to my stomach." Her children obediently did as they were told, and smiled; they could feel their new baby brother kicking inside Reina's womb. She was pregnant again, and her and Yusuke's fourth child would be born in just two and a half months.
 
At that moment, the front door slammed open. Reina looked up and heard an exasperated yell as Mitsuki stormed in, "Stupid Kevin! Stupid Rosa!"
 
"Honey, what's wrong?" Reina asked; she hadn't been expecting *this.* Mitsuki just yelled again, stomping up the stairs to her bedroom. Reina walked to the foot of the stairs and called again, "Mitsuki?" but the door just slammed in response.
 
Kotone walked in, closing the door behind her, and walked up to her mother. "Mitsuki's mad."
 
"Yeah, I can see that," Reina said, looking down at her other daughter. Kotone was a bit of an anomaly as far as appearances went: she had a light reddish-brown hair color along with eyes like her mother's. Yusuke figured that her hair came from a mix of dormant genes that Reina had gotten from Mitsuki and those from her father, resulting in this stranger hair color. Kotone wore her hair in long locks, falling to her shoulders. She wore white leggings, black sneakers, and a purple skirt with a white T-shirt under a denim jacket. Her shirt was decorated with the main characters of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and so was her backpack and lunchbox. Reina knelt down in front of her daughter and said, "Why don't you take your brother and sister into the play room? Watch your shows together."
 
"But Mama, they always wanna watch *baby* shows!" Kotone said, clearly not wanting to watch such programming.
 
"Now, Kotone," Reina said. Kotone groaned, but nonetheless took her younger siblings by the hand into another room in the house. Reina turned off the stove before walking upstairs and rapped on Mitsuki's bedroom door as she called again, "Mitsuki?"
 
"Go away!" she heard her yell, followed by a soft thud as she threw a pillow at the door. Reina came in anyway and saw Mitsuki lying on her bed with her face buried in another pillow. She was wearing a reddish-pink tank top, a yellow skirt, and the latest pair of designer shoes; even without her memories, Mitsuki gravitated towards the same color clothing. The violet coat that she had been wearing was cast aside in frustration. Most notable, though, was her hair: recently, Mitsuki had begun dying her hair a strawberry blond, another recent fad among girls her age. Her light brown roots were showing, but she looked very different from how she used to even considering that she had once been a grown woman. When Reina thought about it, one of the most surreal things about this was that Mitsuki was technically fifty-five years old right now.
 
"I said go away!" Mitsuki snarled at Reina, then buried her face again. It was only for a second, but Reina saw that Mitsuki had tearstains down her face. Reina's expression turned into one of sympathy.
 
She sat down on Mitsuki's bed, placing her hand on her shoulder, and said, "Come on, baby, tell me what happened."
 
Mitsuki gave her mother a contemptible look, but finally said, "Rosa broke up with me!"
 
"Don't you break up with most of the people you've been dating?"
 
"Yeah, but I break up with *them!*" Mitsuki yelled, "*They* don't do it to *me!*" She put her face in the pillow again, but Reina still heard her say, "I saw her making out with *Kevin!*" Reina's thoughts grew more and more troubled; Mitsuki had been dating Kevin last week, but didn't so much break up with him and move on to her next partner, Rosa.
 
But this was strange; Mitsuki had gotten mad in the past, but never like this. Something was different. As Mitsuki alternated sobbing and yelling in anger, it finally hit Reina about when *she* had felt like this for the first time.
 
"Are you...feeling okay, Mitsuki?"
 
Mitsuki turned to Reina again, "No! I feel..." she couldn't even finish her sentence. Reina saw her face turning red.
 
"Oh..." Riena said, averting her gaze. <I was afraid of this,> she thought. <Okay, Reina, you can do this. Just think about what she told *you,* and you'll do fine.> Reina exhaled and said, "Mitsuki, I think it's time we had The Talk."
 
"The Talk? You mean like what they've been teaching us in sex-ed?"
 
"Y-yes, *that,*" Reina said, blushing a bit herself. She took a deep breath and began to tell Mitsuki almost exactly what Mitsuki had told *her* when she got her first period. Mitsuki sat up on the bed next to her. Reina had expected as much, but Mitsuki had developed early, just like she had. Obviously, it was because Reina took after Mitsuki, but everyone she knew thought that it was the other way around; she'd never told anyone that Mitsuki was technically her adopted daughter, and most assumed it was just genetics. Even at only fourteen, Mitsuki already had F-cups, much like Reina did at that age.
 
After an hour, Reina finished The Talk, then said, "And...there's something *else* you need to know, too..."
 
"What?"
 
"It's...about where you came from," Reina said.
 
Mitsuki got right to the point, "Am I adopted?"
 
"What?! No! Well," Reina hardly knew how to reply, "kind of, technically." She stood up and said, "Follow me."
 
Reina led Mitsuki downstairs. At the same time, Yusuke opened the door and walked inside, calling out, "I'm home!"
 
Before Reina could even say anything, Ichirou and Kazuko ran in to greet their father, "Daddy!"
 
"Hey, kids!" Yusuke said, kneeling down to pick them up, "Oof! You two are getting so big!" and he hugged them. Then he saw Reina and Mitsuki coming down the stairs, "Ah, there's my pretty woman!" he said, walking over to plant a kiss on her lips. He smiled, but saw that Reina was less than enthusiastic. "Is something wrong?"
 
"Yusuke, do you think you can take the kids to the zoo for a few hours?" Reina asked.
 
"Huh? Why?" Yusuke asked, putting down the twins. Reina whispered why in his ear, and Yusuke's eyes widened, "Uh, y-yeah, sure." He turned to the twins and Kotone and said, "Hey, kids! Come on, we're going to the zoo!" he called, and the three younger children all cheered, following their father back out the door. Once they were gone, Reina led Mitsuki to their television set, a state-of-the-art plasma screen. Reina put a disc into the player, turned on the TV, and a video began paying. The screen flickered for a moment--unusual for such a new format--but the reason why showed up momentarily: the video had been converted from analog to digital, but the quality remained the same. A ticker in the corner showed the year it was filmed in as 1992.
 
The image of a seven year old with Tuscan red hair in a white shirt and a light blue skirt on a swing set appeared on the screen. The little girl pumped her legs, going higher and higher. The child said, in Japanese rather than English, "Mama! Watch me, Mama!"
 
"Be careful, Reina!" the voice of an adult woman said. Little Reina jumped from the swing and landed on her feet. It took a little effort, but she stayed standing. She laughed and ran towards the person holding the camera and said, "Did'ja see, Mama? Did'ja see?"
 
"Yes, I saw, Reina."
 
"Why don't *you* try it, Mom?"
 
"No, I'm too big," the camerawoman's voice said.
 
Mitsuki turned to Reina, "Home movies?"
 
"Keep watching," Reina said.
 
The screen flickered to black for a moment, then came back. It was an out-of-focus close-up of an eye like Reina's; the camera was too close to the person's face, but was quickly moved away from it. The ticker now said 1997. The camera refocused, and soon a twelve year old Reina's face came into view. She began to narrate, "Dun-da-da-da! My first video on my birthday present! Here we are at Okinawa! Mama brought us here on vacation," she said. The video became a montage of different moments: a group of people playing volleyball, some blindfolded teenagers smashing a watermelon open, # Reina chasing a flock of seagulls, and a crab on the beach scuttling away when the camera got a bit too close. The video became the young Reina's feet walking over sand until she said, "Oh, there she is! Hi, Mama!" and the camera swung to focus on a new subject.
 
Mitsuki's eyes widened at the sight of it. On a lawn chair on the beach was an unbelievably sexy woman with long, light brown hair like hers before she dyed it. She was wearing a two-piece swimsuit and sunglasses as she tanned. She peeked over her shades for a moment, then waved to Reina, smiling. She was very tall, and her chest was as big as Reina's.
 
The screen flickered again, and another video started, this one filmed in 2001. Immediately, the woman from before--now fully clothed in a dress and turtleneck--stood up in front of a small crowd, making a complete fool of herself as she sang into a karaoke machine. A much more mature-sounding Reina said to herself and the camera, "Oh, Mom. You always find a way to embarrass me on my birthday," but she chuckled as well; it was all in good fun.
 
As the screen kept showing the woman singing, Mitsuki finally asked, "Is that Grandma? I guess that explains my hair color," Mitsuki asked.
 
"No, sh--"
 
"So I *am* adopted?"
 
"No, Mitsuki," Reina said. She took another deep breath and finally worked up the courage to say, "That's *you.*"
 
Mitsuki looked at her mother, blinked, and said, "Wh-what?"
 
"That woman up there--my mother--is *you,*" Reina reiterated.
 
Mitsuki looked back and forth between Reina and the screen for a few moments and said, "No, no, it can't be! That old cow has got to be over forty! I'm barely fourteen!"
 
"No, Mitsuki, you aren't," Reina said.
 
"Mama, you're not making any sense!"
 
"Haven't you ever wondered about those scars on your tummy?" Reina said, patting Mitsuki's belly.
 
Mitsuki pushed Reina's hand away, "S-sometimes..." and she placed her hands over her own stomach. She'd never known where those scars came from, and no one else had them as far as she knew.
 
Reina pointed just under her breast, where one of her kidneys had been removed all those years ago, and said, "You have only one kidney inside you, Mitsuki, and it's actually *mine*," she explained. "You got into a car crash in 2003, forty years after you were *really* born, and your kidneys were crushed. I donated one of mine so that you'd live. Right after that, you started getting younger and younger until you were just a baby again. So Yusuke and I adopted you."
 
"So..." Mitsuki was having trouble wrapping her head around this, "Y-you aren't really my mom?"
 
"No. I'm *your* daughter," Reina said. Mitsuki looked at her 'mother;' was she *really* her daughter? Reina was taller than Mitsuki, with bigger boobs and wider hips to boot, was married, and even had three other kids with a fourth on the way! And here was Mitsuki herself, only just hitting puberty! The thirty-three year old woman on the couch next to her was her *daughter?!* And that meant that her baby sister Kotone was actually her *granddaughter!!*
 
"And...that's not all..." Reina said, pointing at the screen again and putting her hand to her face in embarrassment. The screen had grown dark, and ticker said 2003.
 
"Make sure you turn the night vision on," Reina said.
 
"Don't worry, I've got it," said Yusuke's voice in reply. In a moment, the screen changed to shades of green and black. Yusuke's face was right next to the camera, and then he stepped back. When he did, Mitsuki's eyes widened at the sight: her father, eighteen years old in the video, had no clothes on, and behind him was Reina, her breasts much smaller than they were in the present-day and just as uncovered as Yusuke.
 
"Is it ready?" she asked.
 
"Yeah. Are *you?*" Yusuke asked with a grin.
 
"Yeah. C'mere," Reina in the video said, embracing Yusuke and kissing him. In a moment, they were having sex.
 
Reina couldn't bear to look; she was ashamed to have ever done something so stupid. Mitsuki gave her a blank look and asked, "You made a sex tape?"
 
"Uh...*we* did..." Reina said, pointing at the screen again without looking.
 
"Oh, getting busy, are we?" said the voice of adult Mitsuki. She walked in front of the camera.
 
Reina in the video stopped moaning just long enough to say, "Hi, Mama." At that moment, both Yusuke and Reina in the video cried out as they came. Mitsuki in the real-world was a bit shocked at what she was seeing. What happened next shocked her even more.
 
Mitsuki in the video pulled her shirt up and over her head--she wasn't wearing a bra--and pushed Yusuke away from Reina. Real-world Mitsuki's jaw dropped as the video counterparts climaxed and she nearly yelled, *"I had sex with Dad?!"*
 
"It gets worse," Reina said.
 
"What do you mean?"
 
"Hey, Mama, don't leave *me* out," Reina in the video said. Mitsuki really did scream when she saw her older self smile lustfully at Reina's younger self and then kiss her.
 
"Oh, God, I think I'm gonna be sick!" Mitsuki said, clasping her hands to her mouth. "Turn it off, Mom! Turn it off!!" Reina gladly did. Mitsuki started hyperventilating, *"I had sex with YOU, too?!?!"*
 
"Yes, Mitsuki," Reina said, for the first time ashamed of her and her mother's old relationship. Mitsuki started sobbing uncontrollably as Reina tried to explain to her exactly *how* they had become lovers years ago. "...and after that we decided it was better for both of us that we not fight, so we...we...had sex instead..."
 
Mitsuki had finally started to calm down, "I still can't believe it. You're *my* daughter...I slept around all over the place...I had sex with you *and* Dad...I...I turned into a goddamn *baby!*" she laughed once, "God, how weird that must've been, for me *and* you!" She looked up at the ceiling, "It almost makes me wish I could remember any of it!"
 
"I didn't want to keep lying to you, Mitsuki," Reina said, "I felt like I owed it to you to tell you the truth." She sighed again, "If you hate me, I understand, I just--"
 
Mitsuki embraced Reina.
 
"Thanks, Mama. Thanks for telling me everything," she said, tears in her eyes again. This time, though, they were happy tears. "Even if I you really *are* my daughter and not the other way around, I don't care. As far as I'm concerned, you *are* my mom."
 
"Oh, Mitsuki," Reina said, hugging her adoptive daughter back. They held their embrace for several minutes.
 
Finally, Mitsuki asked something she'd been mulling over in her mind, "By the way, Mama, since we *were* lovers and everything, d'you think you'd--"
 
"No."
 
"You don't even know what I was gonna say!"
 
"Oh yes, I do."
 
"You're not even gonna consider it?"
 
"Like you said, Mitsuki: as far as *you're* concerned, you really *are* my daughter and I really *am* your mother. I'm putting my foot down here: we aren't going back to what we used to do," Reina said. Mitsuki pushed away from her mother and crossed her arms under her breasts. Reina couldn't help stealing a glance at her chest; her tank top showed a bit of cleavage, only made more obvious by where she'd put her arms. Quietly, Reina said, "Not yet, anyway."
 
"Did you say something, Mama?" Mitsuki asked.
 
"No, honey," Reina said, standing up. "Why don't we go meet your dad and brother and sisters at the zoo? It'll be a good way to cool down from all this."
 
Mitsuki smiled at her and said, "That sounds nice, Mama." Without warning, she put her hand to Reina's belly. She smiled again as she felt her unborn baby brother--<Scratch that, grandson,> she thought--kicking inside her daughter-mother. "Say, Mama?"
 
"Yes?"
 
"Um...d'you mind if I name him?"
 
"Huh?" Reina asked; she hadn't quite understood the question.
 
"When this little guy joins us out here, can I name him?" Mitsuki clarified.
 
Reina smiled and said, "Sure. What name did you have in mind?"
 
"It's strange...I don't know why, but I really like the name Nobuyuki," Mitsuki said. Reina smiled. It seemed Mitsuki's old life bled through her subconscious thoughts and into her active mind; Reina had never mentioned her father by name in all of their talk, nor had she or Yusuke mentioned him in all of Mitsuki's fourteen years as their daughter.
 
"I like that name, too. It's settled: your new baby brother will be named Nobuyuki," Reina said, and the two of them smiled at each other.
